We batch ready-mix concrete on-site, and take advantage of the Gomaco Commander III with a mold that has been developed over 25 years, meaning your feed lot will be up and running fast.

From our mold, to our concrete mix, to the additives and reinforcements that we add. Every element of what we do from design, to process, to finishing has been perfected over decades so that you will be left with bunks that will last for generations... And they do.

Whether you choose to go with our slip-form or pre-cast feed bunks, or a mixture of both, you can be rest assured knowing that you will have a product that is designed with efficient feeding in mind. Features like our inward-sloping walls allow for easy grading and cleaning due to zero overhang into the alley. and being that our precast bunk is modelled after our slip-form, it allows for easy integration of the two.

SLIP-FORM FEED BUNKS

Our slip-form feed bunks are the perfect option for any operation looking to get up and running as fast as possible. With our proprietary mold for the Gomaco Commander III we can produce a product that is consistent and durable, and construct it up to 10 times faster than our hand-formed or steel competitors. We offer slip-form bunks in two sizes - regular and large capacity.

SLIP-FORM PADS

Our slip-form pads are a must for any feeding operation, providing an easy-to-clean, solid surface that dramatically increases animal quality of life. Our pads integrate perfectly with both our slip-form and pre-cast feed bunks and are offered in a range of sizes from 10-27 feet, depending on your needs.

ON-SITE BATCHING

We batch ready-mix concrete on-site, meaning there is no waiting for concrete to be trucked in.

SLOPED ALLEY WALL

We designed our mold to produce an alley wall that is sloped inward, allowing for easy grading, cleaning , and feeding.

MULTIPLE SIZE OPTIONS

Our slip-form feed bunks are offered in both regular and high-capacity sizes, and our pads come in 10, 12, 20, and 27-foot varieties.

FIBRE MESH CONSTRUCTION

We use fibre mesh in our bunks and pads. This adds more structural rigidity than rebar, while additionally reducing water loss from the concrete, and creating higher impact resistance.
